The role puts me in charge of bringing our social media and corporate identity initiatives to life through project and team management, audiovisual production, graphic design, copy-writing, social monitoring, and reporting on the effectiveness of our strategy. Knowledge of the social media landscape, Adobe software, handling of hardware, content creation, and creative writing are fundamental.

Human Resources Marketing Manager
Full-time position where I executed the People and Culture (HR) Marketing and Career Starter strategy, both inside and outside the company, to support our value-based employer branding and attract top talent to InnoGames.
Responsibilities included coordinating external events and the ambassadors program, managing marketing campaigns, directing employee referral programs, and owning the strategy for all of the company’s social corporate channels. As part of the Career Starter tasks, I attended career fairs to represent our company and led visits from schools, universities, and relevant organizations.

Part-time position as a Working Student, supporting the External and Internal Communications Team of NXP in Hamburg, responsible for the distribution of internal information to over 1,200 employees in Germany and 31,000 world-wide. Tasks included editorial work for PR and agenda setting measures: press releases, Q&As and executive briefings.
Skilful knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, editorial writing, CMS management (WordPress and SharePoint) and project management were required on almost daily basis.

International Cultural Youth Exchange – ICYE (Berlin, Germany)
Web Developer & Executive Assistant
Part-time position as International Exchange Volunteer. During the year-long program I built a brand-new website for the international branch of the organization, this task required expertise managing WordPress and understanding web programming languages like HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Other assignments included editorial design of the organization’s newsletter, elaboration of presentations, data analytics, PR and routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering correspondence and issuing certificates and insurances for our partners.

Full-time position as Community Manager of the AB InBev beverage and brewing company, which included the full responsibility over the digital presence of leading brands of soft-beverages of the Coca-Cola Company and national beers.
The position required the simultaneous coordination and management of campaign work for various brands, the creation of cutting-edge digital strategies and graphic materials and the analysis and benchmarking of digital marketing efforts, included paid media in different platforms.

On a daily basis, I designed promotional and campaign materials for different universities of our network.
