Thank you for choosing to work with me! I’m excited to create beautiful images with you. Within the next 24-48 hours, I’ll personally review your booking information and send you a confirmation email containing all the payment details you’ll need to secure your session. This email will include invoice information, accepted payment methods, and the amount due.

Once I receive your payment, your session date will be officially locked in on my calendar. If you have any questions about the payment process or need to discuss alternative arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to make this as smooth as possible for you.

Before we meet for your session, I always recommend scheduling a complimentary 15-30 minute pre-shoot consultation. This is our chance to connect and discuss the creative vision for your shoot! We’ll talk about your expectations, preferences, and any specific ideas you have in mind. Whether you’ve booked the Cityscape Package and want to explore location options like the bustling Harbour, Planten un Blomen park, or Ohlsdorf Cemetery, or you’re coming to the studio in Hammerbrook, we’ll make sure we’re completely aligned before shoot day. Don’t worry about the language.

I conduct sessions in both English and Spanish, so communicate in whichever makes you most comfortable. This consultation ensures your session is personalized and stress-free.

The big day is almost here! Depending on your chosen package, we’ll either meet at your selected Hamburg location (anywhere within city limits for Cityscape), my studio in Hammerbrook (just one S-Bahn stop from Central Station for Studio Package), or your personal space (for Homespace).

Come relaxed and ready to enjoy the experience. I’ll guide you through everything, from posing to finding the best light. Remember, we can communicate in English or Spanish, whatever feels natural to you. The session is designed to be fun and collaborative, capturing authentic moments that reflect your personality. Bring any outfit changes or props we discussed during our consultation, and trust the creative process. This is your time to shine!

After our session, the magic continues in post-production! I’ll carefully select and edit the best shots from our time together, ensuring each image is beautifully processed to perfection.

You can expect to receive at least 75 professionally edited photos with the Cityscape and Homespace packages, or at least 20 with the Studio package, though sometimes inspiration strikes and you might receive even more!

Within one week of your shooting date, you’ll receive a link to a secure review platform where you can preview the first drafts of your images. This is your opportunity to share feedback, request any adjustments, or give your approval, I want to make sure you absolutely love the final results! Once you’re happy with everything, I’ll apply the finishing touches and deliver your complete gallery through a secure online platform where you can easily view, download, and share your images. These aren’t just photos, they’re memories captured with care and creativity, ready for you to treasure and share.
